Single, twin/double or family rooms are available from £30 per person for bed and breakfast. Superior Family and Double rooms have super king size beds with orthopaedic mattresses for a good night’s sleep and have modern en-suite facilities. Check availability and look out for special offers.

Queens Terrace is a quiet residential street. Residents parking permits are provided. Secure storage area for bikes, motorcycles and golf clubs.

Easy access by road, rail or air. Transfers can be arranged.

No smoking permitted within the guest house. Pets only by arrangement.

A Self Catering Apartment is also available, sleeping five-six persons for £450 per week which may offer a more economical option for your holiday in Ayrshire. Pets strictly by arrangement.

Ayr is famous for being the birthplace of the internationally renowned poet Robert Burns and the Burns Cottage and newly opened Burns Birthplace Museum owned by the National Trust for Scotland is a star tourist attraction.

Culzean Castle, also owned by the National Trust for Scotland, is only a 20 minute drive down the beautiful Ayrshire coastline. Alternatively a visit to Dumfries House is a must.

The new Ayrshire Coastal Path is a must for walkers who wish to walk the 100 miles from Glenapp to Skelmorlie along beautiful coastline with the Isle of Arran a constant backdrop.

Ayrshire with  over 30 golf courses is now dubbed the Golf Coast including fantastic links courses such as the famous Open Championship courses Turnberry, Old Prestwick and Royal Troon and quality municipal courses such as Belleisle and Lochgreen. As a member of the South Ayrshire Hoteliers Golf Association special course fees are available for guests playing at the local municipal golf courses. Golf packages and transfers for all Ayrshire Golf Courses can easily be arranged.
