This spacious ground floor property has a large lounge with traditional wood-burning fire. It boasts a well fitted kitchen with dining area, a utility room with laundry facilities, a large bathroom with bath and shower and is centrally heated.

The two bedrooms provide accommodation for up to five people with either king size beds or single beds and there is an additional sofa bed in the lounge. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The lounge has a large flat screen TV with DVD and free-view facilities. Wireless internet access, local and national telephone calls are complimentary.

In the summer, the delightful garden is a great location for barbecues to be enjoyed.

Amenities

The apartment is only a stone’s throw from the beach, an excellent outdoor play area and Pirate Pete’s indoor play facility. The Citadel pool and leisure centre, ten-pin bowling, cinema and tennis courts and farm park are also close by. An ideal location for entertaining the children.

And there is a wealth of quality restaurants, pubs and shops within easy walking distance.

Horse racing at Ayr Racecourse attracts many visitors.

Ayrshire is in the heart of golfing country with over 30 courses to choose from: Old Prestwick, Turnberry, Royal Troon, St Nicholas and Belleisle to name a few.

Culzean Castle owned by National Trust is well worth visiting as is the revamped Robert Burns Cottage and National Heritage Park.
