We would like to thank Liz for her hospitality and also for the presentation of the Burnside Guest house the room was very clean and tidy Liz went out her way to help us and we would just like to thank Liz for the hospitality the three days we stayed.

We would recommend this b&b to family and friend and myself and Mary would be happy to come back and stay again in the future.

I have stayed at the Burnside Guest House 4 times now, Liz is great host, always very welcoming,chatty and helpful. the rooms are neat, very well kept and homely. the food is also very nice, great breakfast!
i liked the range of films/dvds and there’s a very good internet connection..all in all a perfect place to stay..well recommended.

So glad the wedding went well and the rain held off, in fact it turned out a lovely evening. It was really nice to have all the family and friends staying at the Burnside and listening to the excitement at breakfast time. Look forward to meeting you again, and thank you so much for the flowers, they took pride of place at my breakfast table!

As a guest house owner myself, from Dersingham, Norfolk, I can honestly say that I could not fault anything. Liz runs a superb B&B, with a great atmosphere. First class for our welcome, cleanliness, facilities & a lovely choice of breakfast menu. I have already told other people that The Burnside is, THE, place to stay in Ayr. So anyone wanting to stay in Ayr, don’t bother to look elsewhere !! Well recommended.

P.S. I also stayed at a hotel in Edinburgh , much more expensive and which was 100% diabolical. Well done Liz. Thank you, we will return.

just back from the burnside and had a good time as the host was friendly and didnt shout at us , it was the best b. b. that weve been too as we both thought we hit the jackpot with this one we will be back at some point

Thanks for your hospitality when staying for pool competition.
Food was excellent as usual and rooms very comfortable.
