Payment: Valid card details are required to secure the booking prior to arrival. Secure storage.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 7 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent of the first night’s booking fee. No show would result in full payment being taken.
Arrival and Departure Times: Rooms will be ready for check in between 2-9 pm. Please inform the Burnside of estimated arrival time, Earlier or later arrival times only by arrangement.
