We include the following in ALL of our rooms!
We have a wide selection available on the breakfast menu, which is served between 8.00 am and 9.30 am. vegetarian & gluten free option can be catered for (advanced notice required) The Burnside is part of the Taste Ayrshire movement, endorsing good quality, local produce. Note breakfast is not included in the room price and costs £12 per person.

Outside only, smoking is not permitted within the guest house.
We have a small area outside the guest house, namely called Ayr!
Sorry animals are not allowed with the exception of assistance dogs.

Our ground floor room has limited access due to two front steps and small shower room, therefore does not provide wheelchair access.
Transfers can be arranged from the airport and train station on request.
Free residents parking permits are provided.
